Sona masoori is a lightweight and aromatic medium-grain rice.It is known to have small percentages of protien while being low in fat and cholesterol.

IR 64 is a widely used long-grain parboiled rice known for consistent quality, uniform grain size and dependable cooking performance.

Ponni Rice

Cultivated across Tamil Nadu, especially in the Cauvery delta region. Medium-grain with a soft bite and balanced starch level. Widely used for daily South Indian meals, sambar rice and curd rice.

1121 Basmati Rice has the world's longest grain, before as well as after cooking and gives 30% more volume than any other Basmati variety.

1509 Basmati Rice variety has the longest grain, which can go up to 8.5 mm.

A new basmati variety, called 1718 is an improved version of the iconic pusa 1121.
