A Company Designed for Buyers, Not Investors

Hollan Hallrow is not built for valuation headlines — it is built for real-world execution. The leadership does not focus on fundraising or public visibility. Their priority is structured fulfilment, professional onboarding, and end-to-end delivery of export-grade products in container-ready formats.
They lead quietly. They deliver consistently. They build for scale, but operate with control.
Founders & Leadership
A Founding Built on Experience, Not Experimentation
Hollan Hallrow Private Limited was founded by three professionals with aligned intent — to build a globally structured export enterprise rooted in operational discipline and buyer trust. While young in age, the founders bring seasoned backgrounds from infrastructure, FMCG, finance, operations, and global sourcing, with a shared mission to redefine how multi-sector exports are delivered from India.
The company was never intended as a fragmented trading entity or casual collective of suppliers. From its inception, Hollan Hallrow was designed as a unified private limited company — centralised in governance, diversified in verticals, and engineered for institutional procurement across global markets.
From Trust to Execution: The Story Behind the Platform
The foundation of Hollan Hallrow is not transactional — it is relational.
Utkarsh Prateek and Suban Sharma share a lifelong bond, having grown up together. Their mutual trust was built long before business entered the conversation. Years later, during undergraduate studies in Delhi, Utkarsh met Tilak Raj Rathod — a peer with a strategic approach to trade and a systems-first mindset. The three maintained parallel careers, each gaining depth in their domains: Suban in FMCG sales and team leadership, Tilak in exports, finance, and operations, and Utkarsh through international infrastructure supply, branding, and trade governance.
Their paths converged not by chance, but by shared observation: that India’s fragmented export supply often failed the standards set by institutional buyers. The solution wasn’t to build another export brand — but to build a parent company. One entity. One structure. Multiple categories. Global compliance.
That entity is now Hollan Hallrow Private Limited.
