Unified by Trade.
Sustainability & ESG
Responsible Trade. Verified at Source.
At Hollan Hallrow Private Limited, sustainability is not a marketing claim — it is a procurement principle. As a structured export company, we maintain a verified vendor network aligned with global Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) practices.
We do not produce in-house. Instead, we aggregate export-ready goods from certified, ethically audited vendors across India — ensuring each shipment meets buyer expectations on material responsibility, ethical standards, and regulatory compliance.
Sourcing Through Certified Partners
We work only with manufacturing and processing units that meet internationally recognised sustainability and labour standards. Across categories — from handloom textiles to eco-consumer goods and packaged foods — our vendor partners hold one or more of the following certifications:
-
GOTS – Organic textile compliance
-
FSC – Sustainable wood and bamboo sourcing
-
ISO 22000 / BRCGS – Food safety management
-
ISO 14001 – Environmental controls
-
SA 8000 – Labour and wage compliance
-
Biodegradability certifications – For sustainable goods
Copies of relevant certificates can be provided upon request. Buyers may also nominate third-party agencies for pre-shipment audit or documentation review.
Ethical Sourcing & Local Empowerment
We prioritise partnerships with ethically managed units that uphold safe labour practices, local employment, and material traceability. Across our categories — from handloom rugs to eco-consumer goods and processed foods — our sourcing policies ensure:
-
No child labour or exploitative conditions
-
Fair wages and verified compliance across production clusters
-
Preference for women-led and rural enterprises in India
Sustainable Materials & Processes
We actively incorporate renewable, recyclable, and biodegradable materials wherever structurally possible. Our product lines include:
-
Bamboo, wood, cotton, and stone-based home décor
-
Biodegradable brushes and storage products
-
Eco-packaging formats for food and grains (export-approved)
-
Water-efficient textile processes (in rugs and cotton items)
All packaging is designed to meet international environmental safety standards and withstand containerised shipping.
Future-Led ESG Practices
Hollan Hallrow is building toward traceable, circular, and low-impact trade systems. Our future roadmap includes:
-
Digital traceability of material origin
-
Expanded biodegradable packaging SKUs
-
Carbon-light logistics mapping
-
Buyer-customised ESG reporting and declarations
We believe export success must align with long-term global responsibility — not just unit economics.
